I i mmediately called my family to see if they had any more information than the news did because they live there and 3 of my cousins are surgeons at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, their area of specialties are General, Pediatric, And cardiothoracic surgery. Like every other hospital, they were jam packed to full capacity so they wouldn’t answer their phone so that kind of gave me anxiety because I didn’t know if they were safe or not, but eventually they gave me a call back and told me everything they knew which gave me an advantage of knowing what was going on. So once I could comprehend everything that was happening it kind of made me relax just a tiny bit but not too much because it still had happened and it was bad.
